These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all contracts concluded via the MotionLove.net platform and its mobile applications between the operator and male end users. The platform provides a closed, video-identity-verified premium infrastructure for profile creation, video/photo upload, matching search and a closed chat system. No success in the sense of successful matchmaking is owed.

Use of the platform requires creating a user account; only natural persons of full age (18+) may register. To ensure a fake- and scam-free ecosystem, every user must provide four (4) separate verification videos. Beauty filters are prohibited on all videos. Initial activation only requires a 5-second greeting video stating name, country and profession out loud. The remaining 3 lifestyle videos must be added within the first 30 days to retain the free Pioneer VIP status; the account itself remains unaffected if they are not submitted. The operator may reject verifications without giving reasons.

To ensure constant platform activity and quality entertainment, the operator employs professional entertainers, moderators or brand ambassadors ("Entertainment Ambassadors"). These profiles are fully verified real people but are part of the operator's professional entertainment offering. Conversations with these profiles primarily serve virtual flirting and entertainment; a real-life physical meeting is explicitly not part of the contractual relationship with Entertainment Ambassadors.

Registration and viewing the first greeting video (Category 1) of other profiles are free. Access to further lifestyle video content (Categories 2 & 3) and active use of the chat system are paid and require a paid access tier: Basic Premium Subscription, VIP Premium Subscription, and In-App Credits for unlocking individual premium chat messages. All prices include statutory VAT; payments are billed via integrated payment providers.

The term of paid subscriptions depends on the tariff chosen at booking. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same base term unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected, in particular for violations of the code of conduct (§ 6) or unauthorized chargebacks.

Users must not distribute unlawful, pornographic, racist, insulting or harassing content. Sharing of contact details (phone numbers, social media accounts) during initial chat interactions may be automatically blocked or filtered for fraud prevention. Violations may lead to immediate temporary or permanent suspension; fees already paid will not be refunded in case of a justified suspension.

The operator is liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health caused by intentional or negligent breach of duty. For other damages, the operator is liable only for intent and gross negligence; for slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damage.

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. This right expires early for digital content contracts (e.g. in-app credits) once the user has expressly started performance of the contract (e.g. by opening or spending credits in chat) and confirmed awareness of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods. If the user is a merchant or has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany, Heilbronn (Germany) is agreed as the exclusive place of jurisdiction. Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
