Match the Reality

(1) These Terms apply to all contracts concluded via MotionLove.net and its apps between the operator and male end users.

(2) The subject is a closed, video-verified premium infrastructure for profiles, video/photo upload, matching and a closed chat system.

(3) Successful partnership brokerage is expressly not owed.

(1) Use requires an account; only persons 18+ with full legal capacity may register.

(2) Each user must eventually provide four (4) verification videos; distorting filters are prohibited.

(3) Initial profile activation only requires one 5-second greeting video: "Hello, my name is [Name], I come from [Country], my profession is [Occupation]." The remaining 3 lifestyle videos (6-20s each) must be submitted in-app within 30 days after launch to keep free Pioneer VIP status.

(4) The profile is activated after human/AI review of the greeting video. Missing the 30-day lifestyle-video deadline removes the free Pioneer VIP status but not the account itself. The operator may reject verifications without reason.

(1) The operator employs professional hosts/moderators/ambassadors ("Entertainment Ambassadors") to keep the platform active.

(2) These profiles are fully verified real people but part of the operator's entertainment offering.

(3) Conversations with them serve virtual flirting and entertainment; a real-life meeting is expressly not part of the contract.

(1) Registration and viewing the first greeting video are free.

(2) Access to further lifestyle videos and chat requires a paid package.

(3) Tiered model: Basic Premium Subscription, VIP Premium Subscription, In-App Credits.

(4) All prices include statutory VAT; payments run via integrated providers.

(1) Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the billing period ends.

(2) Extraordinary termination for good cause remains possible, e.g. code-of-conduct violations or payment fraud.

(1) No unlawful, pornographic, racist, insulting or harassing content.

(2) Sharing contact details in early chats may be auto-filtered for fraud prevention.

(3) Violations can lead to immediate temporary or permanent suspension; paid fees are not refunded for justified suspensions.

(1) Unlimited liability for damages from injury to life, body or health caused intentionally or negligently.

(2) Otherwise liable only for intent and gross negligence; for slight negligence of material duties, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage.

(1) Consumers have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital services.

(2) This right expires early once the user actively starts using digital content (e.g. in-app credits) and confirms awareness of this loss.

(1) German law applies, excluding the CISG.

(2) Heilbronn, Germany is the exclusive venue for merchants or users without a general venue in Germany.

(3) Invalidity of individual provisions does not affect the rest.

These terms govern the referral program on MotionLove.net and its apps. Generating, activating or using a referral code/link means full acceptance of these terms.

(1) Only verified female users 18+ with full legal capacity may participate.

(2) Self-promotion (secondary/fake profiles via own code) and automated profile generation (bots, emulators, click farms) are strictly prohibited.

(3) Any abuse leads to immediate exclusion, account suspension and forfeiture of all points.

(1) Each verified participant gets an individual referral link and code in her dashboard.

(2) Permitted sharing: direct personal sharing with friends/acquaintances, private messenger sharing (WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber), placing the link in one's own non-commercial social media profile.

(3) Prohibited: mass sending to strangers, spam emails, posting in public comments, paid advertising for one's own code. Violations lead to immediate account deletion and point forfeiture.

(1) Referrers receive no direct payment, only virtual "MotionLove Points".

(2) Points are credited in stages once the required videos are approved: Video 1 (greeting, approved): 30 points; Videos 2-4 (lifestyle, approved): 50 points each (total 180 points per complete profile).

(3) Points can be redeemed for real rewards once a minimum of 1,000 points is reached; country-specific reward values are shown in the in-app shop.

(4) Country purchasing-power tiers are determined tamper-proof via IP address and phone country code of the referred person.

(1) The first 500 verified female profiles registering in the pre-launch phase get permanent free access to all VIP/premium features ("Lifetime VIP Status").

(2) This status is personal, non-transferable, tied to an active, policy-compliant account.

(3) It expires automatically if the user deletes her account or is permanently suspended for code-of-conduct violations.

(4) "Lifetime" refers to the platform's economic lifespan and creates no claim to continued operation.

(1) After video approval, points are shown as "pending" in the referrer's wallet.

(2) They become "confirmed" once the newly referred profile shows organic activity within 14 days of registration.

(3) Minimum activity means at least 20 outgoing messages to male profiles or 10 mutual matches within those 14 days; inactive profiles do not unlock points.

(1) Once 1,000 points are reached, a reward can be requested in the in-app shop.

(2) Cash rewards are processed monthly after manual review, via PayPal or Stripe.

(3) The operator may freeze points on justified suspicion of fraud pending final review.

The operator may adjust, pause or terminate the referral program and point rates at any time, without giving reasons, with effect for the future.
